Black Diamond eBooks strictly forbids the sending of unsolicited and mass e-mails of any kind to promote Black Diamond eBooks.

What is SPAM?

It is unsolicited communications sent via Usenet, Message Boards, Discussion Groups, and Newsgroups etc. Unsolicited means that the person receiving your communication did not request it, and you have no prior contact with the recipient.

If You Do SPAM

If you spam, Black Diamond eBooks will terminate your account and make you ineligible for any future accounts. If you are member of our affiliate program, your affiliate account will also be terminated. You may also be subject to state and federal penalties and other legal consequences under applicable law. Spam cannot and will not be tolerated.
